These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of coachkt.in and the coaching services provided by Livepro Wellness Pvt Ltd ("CoachKT", "we", "us"). By applying for or purchasing any coaching program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

CoachKT provides online 1:1 fitness and lifestyle coaching, including personalised training programs, nutrition guidance, habit coaching, and regular check-ins. Programs are delivered digitally via WhatsApp, email, and video calls.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase coaching services
• You confirm that all information provided in your application is accurate and complete
• You confirm you have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, injuries, and medications

3. Not Medical Advice

CoachKT provides fitness and lifestyle coaching — not medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. Our guidance does not replace advice from qualified medical professionals. You should consult your physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions. You agree to inform us of any medical changes during your program.

4. Payments

• Program fees are payable in advance via Razorpay (India) or Stripe/bank transfer (international)
• EMI options, where offered, must be paid as per the agreed schedule; missed EMI payments may result in program suspension
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and subject to GST as applicable under Indian law
• Program fees do not include gym memberships, supplements, food, or equipment

5. Client Responsibilities

• Follow the program guidance provided to the best of your ability
• Attend scheduled check-ins and provide honest progress updates
• Communicate obstacles, injuries, or concerns promptly
• Understand that results depend primarily on your consistency and adherence

6. No Guarantee of Results

Fitness outcomes vary based on individual factors including genetics, adherence, sleep, stress, and medical status. Transformation examples on our website represent individual results with client consent — they are not a promise or guarantee of your specific outcome.

7. Intellectual Property

All programs, meal plans, training materials, content, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Livepro Wellness Pvt Ltd. They are licensed for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, reproduced, or distributed.

8. Program Pausing & Transfers

• Programs may be paused for medical reasons (with documentation) for up to 4 weeks per engagement
• Programs are non-transferable to another individual

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a coaching engagement in cases of abusive conduct, repeated non-compliance, or misrepresentation of material information. In such cases, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livepro Wellness Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in coaching programs. You participate in physical training at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your capabilities.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
